memperbaiki flashdisk yang rusak
Catatan tentang cara memperbaiki flashdisk yang rusak ini saya tulis untuk melengkapi
postingan sebelumnya tentang cara memperbaiki
flashdisk yang terbaca 0 byte. Tadi siang saya diminta temen saya untuk
memperbaiki 2 buah flashdisk merk Transcend yang masing-masing kapasitasnya 1 GB.
Saat dicolokkan ke USB port, Flashdisk yang satu
langsung ter-detect dan terbaca sebagai drive I tetapi ketika di-klik muncul
tulisan "Please insert a disk into drive I:" saya lihat properties-nya flashdisk terbaca 0
byte. Sedangkan untuk flashdisk yang satu lagi ketika dicolokkan ke USB port
tidak terdeteksi sama sekali. Sayapun memutuskan untuk mencoba memperbaiki
flashdisk yang masih ter-detect sama windows.
Berikut langkah-langkah saya dalam memperbaiki flashdisk
yang rusak tersebut:
1. Memformat Flashdisk menggunakan HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool
Terinspirasi pengalaman beberapa waktu lalu
ketika memperbaiki flashdik yang terbaca 0 byte, sayapun mencoba mempformat
flashdisk yang rusak tersebut dengan tools HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool ,
tetapi tidak berhasil. Software HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool tidak mendeteksi
adanya flashdisk.
2. Menggunakan Software untuk
memperbaiki Flashdisk.
Langkah kedua adalah menggunakan beberapa tools
/ software yang biasa dipakai dalam memperbaiki flashdisk yang rusak seperti
misalnya, Super Stick Recovery
Tools,
tetapi tetap flashdisk tidak terbaca. Kemudian saya gunakan program Low Level Format dan Seatools for Windows, flashdisk terbaca tetapi
tetap tidak bisa diperbaiki.
3. Reprogram ulang IC Controller Flashdisk
Akhirnya saya ketemu artikel yang menyarankan
untuk me-low level format USB Flashdisk sekaligus memflash / program ulang IC
Controllernya. Setelah saya bongkar ternyata IC Controllernya adalah ALCOR-AU6986.
Setelah googling akhirnya ketemu juga software AlcorMP_UFD untuk IC
ALCOR-AU6986.

How to
repair a damaged flash
Notes on how to repair a damaged flash to complete this post I wrote earlier
about how to fix the flash that reads 0 bytes. This afternoon I asked my friend
to fix the two pieces of Transcend pendrive brands, each of which capacity is 1
GB.
When plugged into the USB port, a single flash was immediately detect and read
the drive but when I clicked on it says "Please insert a disk into drive
I:" I saw the flash of his properties read 0 bytes. Whereas for the other
flash when plugged into the USB port is not detected at all. I then decided to
try to fix the flash that was still detect the same windows.
Here are my steps in repairing a damaged flash:
A. Format the flash using the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool
Inspired by the experience some time ago when fixing flashdik that read 0
bytes, so I tried to flash the faulty mempformat with the tools HP USB Disk
Storage Format Tool, but to no avail. Software HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool
does not detect the flash.
2. Using Software to fix the flash.
The second step is to use some tools / software commonly used in repairing a
damaged flash such as, Super Stick Recovery Tools, but still flash is not
legible. Then I use Low Level Format program and Seatools for Windows, read the
flash but still can not be repaired.
3. Reprogram the flash controller IC re-
Finally I see articles that suggest to me the low-level format as well as flash
the USB stick / re-program the controller IC. Once I was unloading the
controller IC is Alcor-AU6986. After googling and I found also AlcorMP_UFD
software for IC Alcor-AU6986.
How to fix a flash using these tools AlcorMP_UFD are as follows:
• Download the program for IC AlcorMP_UFD Alcor-AU6986 here
• After the run the extracted file ALCORMP.EXE.
• Click the setup menu, if the password window appears click OK wrote,
• It looks like the picture below, replace the Scan Mode to Low Level Format.
• Click Start (A) to start the
process, and wait until the end
• After work, I again re-format the
stick with the default Windows Format

jalankan file ALCORMP.EXE.

Klik menu setup, apabila
muncul jendela password klik OK aja,
·
Tampilannya seperti
gambar dibawah, ganti Scan Mode menjadi Low Level Format.
·
Klik Start(A) untuk
memulai proses, dan tunggu sampai selesai.
·
Setelah berhasil, saya
format ulang lagi Flashdisk dengan Format bawaan Windows
·
Dan jreng...
Alhamdulillah Flashdisk kembali normal.

Transcend seperti diatas, muncul tulisan Please insert a disk
