Terlalu banyak ponsel pintar yang beredar di pasaran membuat kita sulit memilih mana yang terbaik. Namun menurut analisa TechRadar, seperti yang dikutip dari detikINET (22/10/2010), setidaknya ada lima handset yang masuk katagori terbaik di dunia.
5. Nokia N8
Nokia N8 memang beda dari smartphone Nokia sebelumnya. Segala
fitur kelas atas diusungnya. Sebut saja kamera 12MP, rekaman video HD
dan OS baru dalam nama Symbian 3. Hardware N8 ada di papan atas hampir
di semua kategori. Symbian 3 juga cukup meyakinkan. Terutama bagi fans
Nokia, ponsel ini mungkin dianggap tiada tandingannya.
4. Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini / Mini Pro
Handset ini terlihat seperti versi kecil Xperia X10,
namun punya banyak hal baru termasuk perombakan komplet OS Android.
Dengan harga cukup terjangkau, ponsel ini punya kesan kelas atas.
Sayang OS Android yang diusung masih 1.6.
3. Samsung Galaxy S
Galaxy S tak diragukan adalah ponsel terbaik Samsung. Ponsel ini
termasuk yang paling powerfull dan paling kaya fitur. Sebut saja layar
Super Amoled yang mencengangkan dan prosesor 1GHz Hummingbird. Hanya
saja, terkadang ada lag di user interface serta pernah terjadi banyak
komplain soal fitur GPS.
2. Apple iPhone 4
Dengan layar Retina 960×640 pixel dan bodi sangat langsing nan
berkelas, iPhone 4 tak diragukan adalah ponsel terbaik Apple sejauh
ini. Sayangnya, mahalnya harga dan beberapa isu tak sedap seperti
antennagate mengurangi nilainya.
1. HTC Desire
Ponsel ini mirip Google Nexus One, hanya saja lebih baik. Sebut saja adanya User Interface HTC Sense
dan fasilitas messaging yang hampir sempurna. Secara umum, ponsel ini
dinilai tak punya kelemahan berarti dan tidak membuat pusing user,
meski baru pertama kali memakai. Singgasana HTC Desire mungkin baru
bisa dipatahkan Desire HD atau Desire Z yang akan segera dipasarkan.
Sebagai catatan, ponsel Windows Phone 7 tidak ikut disertakan mengingat handset yang mengusungnya belum dipasarkan secara luas.
5. Nokia N8
Nokia N8 is different than previous Nokia smartphones. All the upscale features diusungnya. Call it a 12MP camera, HD video recording and the name of the new OS Symbian 3. N8 hardware is on top in almost every category. Symbian 3 is also quite convincing. Especially for fans of Nokia, this phone may be unparalleled.
4. Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini / Mini Pro
The handset looks like a small version of the Xperia X10, but have a lot of new things including a complete overhaul of the Android OS. With affordable price, this phone has upscale impression. Unfortunately still carried the Android OS 1.6.
3. Samsung Galaxy S
